Ok, here's my thought on the matter:
Since I'm a bit lazy (but still an old-school gamer), IF I get the urge to take a trip down memory lane with a game of the original Settlers for my Amiga, I would have to unpack everything (still have a couple of Amigas packed in boxes), and by the time I'm done, the urge is gone.
So here's my idea: How about BB gives e.g. Back to the Roots permission to put the original The Settlers on their archive? Or maybe even give it out themselves? It can then be played on today's PC's using an emulator, like WinUAE, with no hassle at all.
(And, of course, it would solve my problem being lazy when I get the urge again!) :P
Oh, and a download of the original Settlers Theme as .mp3 would be awesome too! :-D
