Cool A simple GQ change to solve all problems =)

A simple change to turn things around - instead of having active members to wait for not so active members to do their GQ.
For every day a GQ ain't being solved and for every new GQ, reduce the requirement by 1 and raise the reward. Repeat til then it's only require 1 member, then start over again.

    Any questions? =)

You suggest giving a bigger reward to people who took longer to do it?

Nope. If they take longer time to do it, they won't get any reward until it's getting done, so there's nothing to win by delaying it.

To clarify, it's just a tweak issue to not make this suggestion a "giving a bigger reward to people who took longer to do it".

Perhaps popping over there and +1'ing that, rather than starting a duplicate, might get the idea more attention.

    Oh! I'm soooooo sorry..

And now the OP of that thread has come up with a (as OP mention it) "new" idea. Even closer to what I suggest here.

So we're gonna get a new guild interface, giving us a quick solution to the GQ-not-solved-fast-enough problem. Good!
Still the actually GQ-system is failing as it is rather punishing than rewarding. It's not encouraging players to be active, it's discouraging with it's often high demands of expensive materials.

My suggestion would make the GQ into a race, rewarding the active guild members. Yes, the less active guild members won't be rewarded that much, but atleast there would be more opportunities so I doubt no one would (in the long run) get less than they actually get now.

    Very simple fix:
I agree that the limit should go down daily for incompletion.
However, rather than "increase the reward", reduce the reward for those who did not participate.
For each GQ you did not participate in, your rewards go down 10%, down to 0 at complete inactivity.
For each GQ you did participate in, your rewards increase 10% up to a maximum of 125% (for those who NEVER slack on a GQ)
