I got Balloons while doing Stealing from the Rich, it isn't instead of XP, it was alongside it.

Ok confirmed for myself that Balloons do not replace XP. The XP was hidden to the right, as the Balloons came first, and there was a scroll thing at the bottom.
NOW, there is a LOT of confusion on my server....
Do we need to reach 100% to qualify for Phase 2
OR
Do we need an X NOT disclosed amount of balloons????????????????????????????????????

Still no answer - how many baloons is 100% - milion, bilion, trilion, more? Depends of server, players? Is it counted for whole server of each player separately?
I just would like to know if donation of 1k baloons daily is cool or not, maybe 10k/day or 100k/day is good?
