Can you write what "100%" statement means?

I think it means number of active players in last 30 days on that server.

I just finished the Old Ruins (unfortunately did before doing the Competition one). Almost at the end of OR, I got a message to say can't donate any more balloons! Finished OR then did the Competition quest, got the 100 balloons & now can't finish the quest as it won't let me donate the last 100 balloons I need to do. Not very well thought out here, BB! Am now stuck at the end with nowhere to go! :-((

BTW, our server hasn't reached the 100% yet, so why closed? Is 98.53%, 19th place - UK1 server.

If you had a pop-up and the Donate button is disabled you should have the 100%. Grats Northisle!

The graph has been bugged since BB revised the numbers and updated it, all the servers above you have likely reached 100% as well though it doesn't show.

I'm afraid I'm not certain about the *stuck* bit, though it may unlock when phase 2 starts you could also drop a note to: Support. As it's the weekend you'll likely not hear back for a while but it's a start.

Thanks for that Iolanthe. I had just found that out but it doesn't really make any difference. UK1 is now 100% in 4th position. UK2 (mine) is 20th with 99.75% so shouldn't be locked. If the event started on Thurs, the 4 days aren't up yet anyway - donations supposed to be frozen after the 4 days aren't they???

From peck_ed guide on p1 above:
The first four days of the event will be phase 1. Each server has to reach a certain amount of gathered balloons during this time. The faster the server reaches the amount of balloons, the more rewards the players will get.

After phase 1 and before the competition starts (phase 2), the donate button will be blocked.

Also, there was no warning. Just popped up that donations now blocked. BB should have given say 5 min warning giving time to get back to own island to make donation before everything froze! Not good :-((

Am now left with 600+ balloons I could have donated if given more warning ... And not been able to finish the event quest 'The Competition' - the very last one - & no prospect of being able to finish it.
