Would be good if RonPope or Mutantkid would be kind enough to edit their posts to add the new ones (with the rewards in brackets, or similar) as they're discovered. Will make it much easier for people to trace which ones they need.

Note – there can't be two bounty hunter codes can there? If someone has up to date info, that would be great.

Yes there can be, these are old vouchers and not part of the 20th anniversary event.
But still valid, not like the 20th AV that is only valid for 36 hours.
