I read that to imply they no longer are. If so that seems a little unfair as those servers got any balloons on the server included in the calc where as now there could still be a number of balloons left in storage and never donated leading them to not being counted. This would make it harder for the servers that haven't reached 100% to do so compared to those that already have while the glitch was active.

I'm confused, if the balloons from phase 1 didn't get donated but can't be used for phase 2 - did I just waste a ton of resources?

u read wrong- they have a long history of google translate etc

us simple players can never relaly be sure what they are saying or trying to say and the counting thing doesnt seem to be a glitch but intentional to prevent other issues with the event
