    Lol ,Dantesama, We all make mistakes sometimes, I'm sure you're forgiven.

    I was given enough warning to shut down my gold mines and top up provision house, so Im happy

    While it was really annoying from a buffs point of view......I find it refreshing that you are prepared to admit your mistake and apologise.
    No harm done Dante we are all human after all and mistakes happen (well a few on sandycove arnt human but most are :P)

    the thing that bugged me was i had put the night trades up used gems to get the 16 spots in 1 slot and then the pop up came on even though the trades if not sold should have lasted until 6am the server got shut down so wasted gems for nothing
    but fair play on admitting mistakes
    please in future let us know before hand if possible

    not good enough i'm afraid dantesama. for a company like BB to "forget" to inform it's loyal players that their game was going offline is reprihensible. for the most part, the 5 minute warning was enough to have people shut down their important production, but many people spend real money on your product and assume some sort of professionalism. i could liken this shut down to perhaps you watching a football match and the tv turning off 10 minutes from the end, to cool down, or you car stopping in the middle of a motorway to reset the cpu. A sorry and taking the blame is all well and good, but now we need to know and have notification of what you're going to do to ensure this does not happen again.
