And don't just buy my trades there is a hardcore group of people who know who are trying their best that use /j global-4 so we can pass resources on to them that are doing it and can get more PH's filled at once between several guilds and players and majority of us in G4 can trade with others on their to help out the distributions and buffs etc.

The issue of contention is that BB promised a fair competition.
We had an entire phase wholly designed to allow them to 'balance' the competition and give every server (or group of servers) a fair chance.

Why blow smoke over that issue and pretend it didn't happen?
Why give a lip-service reply rather than trying to rectify the injustice?

Complacently ignoring an insult or injustice just sets you up for more in the future.
If the imbalance is not addressed during this event, what do you think will occur in all future ones?

I am doing my part in this event. I am not enjoying it though and I am still waiting for a feasible excuse or explanation from BB [ Removed ]

Has anyone else noticed what has happened to servers that have hit 100%? Their progress seems to have slowed to a crawl. Odd.

Yeah I've noticed it too, maybe the res they was able to stockpile pre phase 2 has run out and now they are just running on what they can produce. Is it yet not to late to close the gap? Are we still in with a chance if we work hard enough?

That might be the case. I was on the Polish server (PL2) the other day watching their chat, and they seem to think that it will be much tougher to get to 150%. I heard a few people making donations of 500k balloons, and they are pretty committed, but they also feel that there is no chance against the Germans.

Basically their tactics seem to be to fill their islands with wells, keep donating balloons, and never shut up about it in global chat. They post their donation messages in chat and cheer each other on. Even so, they feel they are slipping and they make similar comments about the Germans and BB. They have a theory that storing resources in the Star Menu can increase lag, and are trying to clear their Star Menus quickly. They also donate quickly and don't spend much time complaining.

It is possibly difficult to compare the enthusiasm of a server playing by itself and having good results, to the rest of us who have been 'paired up' as we have, but we can still learn something from them: the prizes are out there. We can still achieve 100%, 150% and 200% if we try and work together.

The only way to win is to stop donating balloons, instead attach them to your islands. When we have enough attached balloons your island will float over the English channel, At the right moment cut the strings and crush the german like bugs.

I'm wondering if BB have changed the calculation once a server hits 100%? They've been messing about with things, so maybe getting to 200% is not just a matter of doubling the number of balloons it took to get to 100%. It really is very strange. Even if those servers had drop-off after 100%, why would ALL of them slow down so much? Something odd is going on... and, as ever, BB will not tell us what. There must be some explanation as to why those servers have slowed up enough that no one may get to 200%.
