I honestly think that making 100% has been such a slog that after reaching it, it's natural for servers or server teams to slow down and have a breather before trying for 150% or 200%.
NB: I'm happy to keep making water at the same rate, but it didn't surprise me that the top servers paused for awhile.
By the way, great link Fadito that lets you see the latest rankings directly.
