Warning about Amazon

Some of you may have seen that Amazon are currently offering the Settlers packs at £5 each.
I ordered some, and they arrived today, but to my dismay the leaflet containing the voucher codes has been removed from all of them.
This renders them worthless.
I have contacted Amazon, demanding an explanation, but please take heed, what they are currently selling is NOT what you think you are buying.

Wow, unbelievable! Thanks for the warning Nogbad! I have bought these before (not at that price) and the product was shrink-wrapped with the voucher included. To sell them without is nothing short of fraud surely?! I wonder if this is one piece of feedback that BB will choose to take notice of...

Update.
Received a completely unsatisfactory reply from Amazon, just arranging a refund.
Requested yet again an explanation as to why unsealed packs with missing contents were allowed to be sent out.
Having heard from another player who received a sealed copy yesterday, it would appear that Amazon have a thief or thieves in their midst.

This is why I have never been happy about voucher codes and gem bought items offered in trade, apart from the obvious pitfalls, who can tell where these came from?

My two arrived today, no problem with codes, you were likely just unlucky. Remember these are sealed in cellophane so unless they arrived unsealed it will likely have been BB's mistake?

Ordered a couple myself all arrived sealed. So yes it would seem someone has opened them in the warehouse.

Okay guys, as we all know there are many parts to a delivery process starting from the warehouse, it'd be foolish to point fingers until this is investigated.

As others have successfully received theirs, might I suggest we close this thread for now and hope that Amazon best deal with their own returns policy with Nogbad directly as this appears to be out of BBs hands, however this message will be passed over to BB to investigate.

It's a risky business pointing the finger without all the facts.
