Are you trying to say that one specific DNS-server broke?

Yes and no. Yes the problem is related to DNS, but no its not one specific DNS-server that broke. What happens is that not all DNS servers have been updated to the new ip adress. And those of us that still have a disabled "ranking list" button are connected to DNS servers that still need to get the new mapping.

Not so simple. Ranking list is served through Ubisoft content delivery network that is provided by Limelight cloudservices. There are multiple servers that is hosting that image and probably depending your geographical location and ISP you are directed to the closest one.

I have some problems with the graphics on the mainpage.

The graphics in the newstab dont show anything, see picture:


When i do a right mouseclick and copy URL-link of the picture and copy/paste in a new browsertab it says:
Cant find static14.cdn.ubi.com

Second Problem is the rankinglist:
Some of my guildies can see the Rankinglist again, i cant.
I delete my cachememory and tried 3 different Internet Broswers.
Flash 11,8,800,97 installed
Still the same problems.

Hi, all!

Thank you for the feedback that there's still some issues with the DNS-- I have reported this and it should be fixed quick-smart. I'll come back and let you know when I've been given the green-light that it's functioning as it should again.

Hi guys,

You need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the event text to 'release' the ranking list button! If that still does not help, there may be an issue with your computer connecting to the local DNS server, not with your browser cache. If this is the case, it should be fixed within the next day when it is refreshed.

you should have a local DNS file somewhere on your disk. it's a text file. you can edit it with both the name and ip of the dns your having problems with and your browser will use this for that address instead of the online dns table you normally use. I'm afriad you will have to search on the net for exactly how to do this as it's been that long i've forgotten the precise details of how.
