That'd be the hosts file in windows/system32/drivers/etc/ however I'm not sure this is something standard users should be trying, might be better to just wait this one out

you should have a local DNS file somewhere on your disk. it's a text file. you can edit it with both the name and ip of the dns your having problems with and your browser will use this for that address instead of the online dns table you normally use. I'm afriad you will have to search on the net for exactly how to do this as it's been that long i've forgotten the precise details of how.

Yeah, only for people that know what they are doing. I don't want to mess my computer up for the sake of a graphic that isn't working for a short while.

Better still, for those that are on the IT side, could they post updated tables if the rest of us are having problems?

I did start a thread specifically for people to post updated tables in it
but if they go down all across the game like at the weekend no-one can post any.
today some people still been having problems but i still been posting the screen shot links in here

but in this thread you can use this also and it does the updated table for you without having to go to event window
