Hi,
i tried to search trough the forum but i gues i'm not so good at that.
So my problem is more likely anoying than game braking. The new message or notification appiers it covers the population bar and it is unable to see how much of the free population you have, and you are forced to wait until it dissapiers. It wud be wise to put some close bucon in the notification corner or just make an margin from top to not cover top bar.

You can still get the population tool tip to show even when those messages pop up.
Hover the mouse pointer over the Settler's head icon, which can still be clearly seen to the left of the pop up.

This is the problem many people with smaller screens, including myself, suffer from.



As you can clearly see (or not see) the settler icon is clearly obstructed. This post is so that people visiting the thread that may be lucky enough to have bigger screens, understand the issue.

LOL.. if your screen is smaller than mine it must be tiny... I'm only using a 15 inch monitor

For the record I play on a 15.6" laptop with resolution set to 1368x766 (optimum suggested settings) using chrome as my browser. The effect is the same whether or not I play in full screen mode. I also have the same issue in firefox and explorer browsers.

Ahh... so it seems the problem is not your monitor is small, but rather that it's widescreen.

Me too! It's VERY annoying.
