nope increases population usage or population by absolutely nothing, wont bother asking support as they seem either not to bother replying or just give a standard uninformative response.

my population growth limit was 360 before i used the love potion, i had a pop of 350, so i used the potion and made 25 further populace then added them to my mayors house and yep it said 10 added the further 15 are not able to be added as your growth is at its limit.

hence my thread.

Your population normally grows with about 1 settler per 15 minutes. With a love potion active it will grow with 1 settler per 7,5 minutes.

It does nothing with your maximum population
