Fuelled by the recent survey, I am curious ... just how much longer do BB & Ubi expect to be making a profit from a product that is still in Open Beta?
I've just gone through the archive new items & according to those, The Settlers Online beta was released to the public in November 2011; almost TWO years ago ...
So, how about it? How much longer, guys?
My best estimate is 5 mins after the Monks of Hanoi finish that tower task.

Strange question considering all outstanding bugs. Some are simply too severe to make this a non-beta game.
The game is the same as on the servers that do not have bugs. So what is the difference? If the bugs do not exist on these other servers then they know what to do to fix them here so I do not understand why it has taken so long. Or the other thing is the bugs do exist there also and that is not the reason it is still a beta.
You want to tell us now that there are servers without these issues?

It isn't beta.
BB may still be claiming it's 'beta', but it simply isn't. It is a commercially available piece of software and has been for a long time. Why they are still claiming it is 'beta' is a mystery, because for all practical and legal purposes it is not 'beta'. Any developer will tell you that it is ridiculous to claim something is 'beta' when you have thousands of customers paying money for it. The test server is 'beta', the main game isn't.
That's not what I asked.
I asked "You want to tell us now that there are servers without these issues?"
