Unable to load game

Hi all

I just wanted to know if I'm the only one stuck when trying to load the game?
When I use the link: "http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/play" the browser (Firefox in this case) makes the connection, but gets stuck on transferring the data. I managed to get online this morning at home, but when I got to work 30 mins later I could no longer enter the game.

Anyone else having this problem or perhaps know of a solution?

Sounds like you might need to clear your flash and browser cache, try this and see if it helps, or maybe try using another browser like Chrome

Didn't work. I even tried on a second computer.
From what I can see on Facebook others have the problem as well. To make things work I can't even load www.thesettlersonline.com properly in order to contact support as they suggest on Facebook.
