Lost Generals

Since this afternoon after a DB lootspot, I appear to have lost 2 Vet gens and 5 BHGs...

Considering I only sent 3 BHGs on this lootspot I cant understand where/why the rest have all of a sudden disappeared too. I have NO active personal adventure going on, and can only assume the rest have gradually disappeared without my knowledge on previous lootspots.


Im presuming my other 2 vets never made it back from an Old Friends adv I did earlier but I never noticed cos i want really adventuring after that.

WTH is going on LOL?

I want my gens back please!!!

Oh here they are after a cache clear, but this is a first on me. Never ever had that error before LOL

2 guild members started doing bk last night, they sent troops and then could not get back on the island. the adv has vanished and now they are missing their gens. They have cleared cache and reloaded with no luck. they have messaged support and are just waiting now. has any one else had a problem like this, if so did you eventually get your gens back. some of these gens were bought with gems so have cost them cash. Any info on this matter would be great thank you

Since I don't know how experienced your guild member are...

Did they check if the adventure was missing in their quest book as well?

they are levels 49 and 44, the adv has vanished completely, they are getting a little annoyed because they are getting told different things. wait an hour, clear cache, wait till tomorrow to see if they turn up. a lot of time, effort and money has gone into this game for them and now they are just stuck waiting around. thank you for your reply tho

And i was told the adventure finished at 1.55 this morning, which would have been hard as the server was down! The adventure has gone and i have most of my troops back just 5 generals missing

I can imagine getting annoyed at missing your generals and not being sure when they will turn up again, but why get annoyed at people offering suggestions how to fix it?

i put a ticket into support, they told me in a email, they also told me i should have my generals on my land but they are not there so i sent screen shots to show that i have troops missing and the only generals i have left.

When was that ticket sent in? It sounds like something you might have to wait on support to fix for you, not sure there is much we can do here in the forum now.

I know they run scripts during maintenance that normally clears out things like missing troops/generals, but I'm not sure you'd want to wait a week for it (yes, I know it's ironic they went missing during maintenance!)

Hopefully Support will sort it out for you before then.
