    Copper Mine Fast Deposit Bug

So, I just upgraded all my copper mines to level 3 built on fast deposits. With production times of around 2 mins, that means they should go down around 90 per hour, meaning each mine should last approximately 9 hours.... However, 3 hours later and the faster ones have exhausted with all the rest down by well over two thirds capacity. Either my maths is way off or there's a bug somewhere!

    EDIT:
Just looked more closely at mine behavior and the deposits are depleting by 9 ore per production cycle instead of 3.

Ouch, so if they are fast and mine 9 ore per cycle, they should deplete in 3 hours! That is not only super fast, but super efficient, as they are the equivalent of a level 9 mine or a level 3 with a triple buff added. I think they need switching on when you are online and pausing whilst you are offline, if that's how they 'should' work. If not, the amount of ore mined per cycle needs correcting.

I'd quite like to find such a mine, but only if I can control it.

I wouldn't mind so much.... but whilst they were depleting at 9 per cycle, I certainly was not getting 18 ore per cycle produced (buffed).

I have also now rebuilt all the mines at level 2... and it looks like they are going down by 4 per cycle. :-/

So basically the 'fast' mines not only have a shorter production time, but they also have an increased production output per cycle. lol - I'm not sure that was intended.

Output production is not increased.. only input.

Ah, I assumed the depletion rate was the same as the output rate, silly me - should never assume that sort of thing. I wonder what the miners are doing with the rest of the ore...

Selling it on the black market. ~ Just like the longbow maker. I mean, how does it take 16 HW logs to make a longbow? 1 for the bow, 1 for some arrows, & 14 towards his retirement villa in the mountains...
