The epic adventures, items and buildings are end game content for players of at least level 42.
Contents of this guide:

Quests
The basics:
1. Complete fairytale inspired adventures
2. Rewards for fairytale adventures include Magic Beans.
3. Spend Beans in merchant to buy epic items and buildings, including a fairytale castle.
4. Use level 5 fairytale castle to turn the beans into Magic Beanstalks.
5. Spend Beanstalks in merchant to buy even more epic items and buildings.
I intend this guide to contain everything you need to know about the epic content including links to adventure guides and anything else that might prove useful. It will probably be a work in progress for quite some time though. If you have links or useful things that you think should be included, post them here and I'll work them into the guide.
RESOURCES
Magic Beans
Are dropped as loot from the Fairytale adventures. Can be traded.
Magic Beanstalks
Made in a Level 5 Fairytale Castle from Magic Beans. Sometimes dropped in loot from top level Fairytale adventures. Can be traded.
ADVENTURES
There is a chain of five fairytale adventures available, each telling a different story about the Little Tailor. They can all be played by three players, are very hard, and the main reason to do them it to get Magic Beans. For level 50 players, they drop Magic Beans (instead of star coins) at a ratio of 1:400 to the experience gathered.
The first adventure is The Valiant Little Tailor. It can be obtained from the merchant for 650 map fragments, bought in trade or found on long adventure search. The other fairytale adventures are follow-on adventures which can only be found randomly as lootdrops or can be traded. The follow-on adventures are found in a chain as illustrated by this graphic. Each adventure in the chain drops progressively better loot.
GUIDES FOR ALL ADVENTURES:

Some specific recommended guides are linked to below. Please review and comment on any of these guides in this thread to make sure I link to the best ones available, thanks!
My personal view is that you don't really need a guide at all to complete the adventures and you're probably worse of if you do follow a guide exactly: so many of the attacks are multiple waves and the first wave(s) can have very varied results. The guides can only give a best "average" result and will often play it safe, therefore you could be losing 10-20 more troops than you need to on the 2nd and subsequent waves. Guides are really only useful for planning blocks or pathing strategies, and these new adventures are so linear there are very few chances for that.
I think the best idea for doing the adventures is to use the Hall of Fame on the simulator at http://settlersonlinesimulator.com/d...fsimulator/en/ combined with finding best attackers using http://www.settlersonlinetools.com/en/combat_simulator/ to find the best combinations for 2nd and 3rd waves.
