[OPEN] Cannot login: "Server zone crashed"

Just been locked out again whilst trying to rearrange my silos - this is the fifth time it's happened since the New Year. Apparently it's not all silos that affect it as I had already successfully shifted at least 10 when I got kicked. I'm getting seriously bored of this fault now as it's stopping me playing and costing me resources. So far I've also had to lose out on 2 lootspots that I'd paid for - fortunately one of the players understood but it's still a pain in the backside

Please sort this out soonest BB

after moving a silo i got kicked then this "an error was detected on this zone
please try again"

i have read something about this before and that this resets your whole island back to the start
does any one have any info oin this bug ?

Not normally that drastic. BB run a script every night at the new day/free stuff ding, that usually puts it right.
If it doesn't fix after the next one, then send in a support ticket.

ok so it look to me by reading this thread where my post got moved to,,,,(did'nt realise this thread existed).
it would seem if i do want to move something around oin my island i will have to demolish it 1st then rebuild it in the new place ?
this will be a right pain if the building is above lvl 3....hmmm.if i was the suspicous type i would think BB have introduce a bug as a resource sink...lol.

any ways island is accessable again after 7hrs,at least i got some sleep last night....lol

when you demolish a gem building it might not go back to star. if that happens support should send you new one.
wild speculation: these 2 abnormal outcomes are actually result of the same bug.

sigh! Well I am zone locked Again. How the heck can I rearrange my really full island if this happens when I move buildings? Frustrating it is! Suppose I will have to wait until after maintenance and see if I can get back in. Glad I finished most of my daily jobs before this happened.
Details are: I moved 3 watermills and deleted two normal storehouses. Sector three and Sector five. Wanted to build one of the new storehouses to replace the two I deleted. Fingers crossed I can get back in!!! If I can't I will write another ticket. Guess I will do some housework.... lol and lol.

I'm baffled this bug still exists! (and now affected me again) Maybe BB should run their fix script every 30 mins.

So, here I am again..... locked out yesterday before maintenance and got on this morning and after sending geo guys out and trying to place that improved storehouse I am locked out again! My poor island and my poor buffing buddy.
Was placing improved storehouse in sector three on a free space. Hope that helps BB.... but please let me back on my island!http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/i...lies/skull.png

Just an update. Found out my island can't be visited either.... so a total block...sigh

Might be that the script takes longer than 2 hours before it visited all islands (and fixed those that were broken). So hopefully it is fixed now. If not, be sure to send a ticket to Support.
