just happened to me , placed a silo from my star menu that i brought off TO ( cheap Chinese knock off's i expect lol) and bamm i'm out.
Hopefully it will get picked up on the maintenance run tonight , or the 2am script .

If not proof of purchase will be going to BB for £290 worth of game packs and gems and a refund will be required

pipe and smoke it comes to mind ... lol

Placed a darkness buff on Fairy Castle and it crashed the zone. Tried other browser, no success.. Be aware

i have play today for 5 min the settlers after that the server trow me out and i get the same message i get earlier.

Moved a noble onto the spot of a demolish field.. At least the 10th time I've had this error now... Lost premium time... Hopefully my buffed gold production will still be counting.. SORT IT OUT BB, THIS IS A JOKE. Has this really just been classified as a 'verified bug'?? Come on now.. Maybe in another year or two it will be fixed then???

got it to, didn't do anything special...

Tried different system, different browsers, error persists..

can't refill my level 5 Iron and goldmine, will probably lose those now

Just bought two nobles and by placing them (s9) appeared this problem! It was second time (I think first time begin this year). I'm very disappointed now wondering why still this problem not solved after months!?

Also happened to me yet again after moving a watermill in sector 5. Has happened many times before. Still no permanent fix just a script that runs at 2am every morning to let players back on. Bit annoying if you get locked out at say 4am. long time to wait then.. BB should fix all the problems found months ago before bringing out new stuff..

Today I can visit my island back, but one of my noble houses disappeared. Not in s9 where I placed and not in my star menu! Very annoying problem, PLEASE FIX IT!!
