[OPEN] Cannot login: "Server zone crashed"

Today I can visit my island back, but one of my noble houses disappeared. Not in s9 where I placed and not in my star menu! Very annoying problem, PLEASE FIX IT!!

yes, I reported it to support. Just placed another noble in s9 and again SERVER ZONE CRASHED! What a joke! I give up now: no more noble houses in sector 9!

got it to, didn't do anything special...

Tried different system, different browsers, error persists..

can't refill my level 5 Iron and goldmine, will probably lose those now

OK, I'm back, no harm done

Did lose my 2 level 5 mines, but most important thing is: No settlers were harmed in my absence.

how is this still not fixed. now with added bonus of running a premium acc and my fairy castle running a stadium snack so instead of just being annoyed i will run out of premium before i can finish my tailor adv and fairy castle will end up running with no buff losing lots of beans

I would report this to support, they are the only ones able to help you out with this

UPDATE 3:
Today no crashing problems on my island and second noble house was still there (s9) but I discovered a strange problem. During the error time some of my silos didn't work!! I have more silos than farms and since last few months I didn't have to build any wheatfields, and just as decoration I placed packed wheatfields (3000 wheats). 2 of my 5 packed wheatfields (in s3) were exhausted! I reported it to the support but they saying: because they were spent and all the wheat added to my inventory. It's not related to the error on my island. LOL
Not a big problem for me, but it's not correct and just wanted to warn you.
Good thing is: support acted very fast and compensated my disappeared noble house.
Now only hope the zone crashing problem will be fixed soon.

some veeery funky effects happened to me too. seems some type of houses dont work during this bug and some go overtime..

same problem here. i had my fairy castle buffed and got the zone error right after that.

ok this has happened again after dark buffing my FT castle, the castle is positioned in sector 9 and dark buffing it makes this happen (so far third time out of 3 attempts) clearing cache and using I.E. or chrome instead of firefox doesnt clear it) it only clears once the dark buff has ended. i hope this helps others avoid this bug

my dark buff should have been off few hours ago so that wont do any good for me .
