Hello. I have a problem when I almost enter in the game.

When I try to enter it appear this message " an error was detected on this zone. Please try again".

I try and I try again, restart the game, but this message appear again.

Please help.

Just happened to me again , brought some more silos today , placed a couple down , and bammmmm out you go. again have to wait untill the script runs tonight. loss of premium time / adventure time / buff on book binder time and game time ,,,, this really needs to be sorted soon it's a joke....

Email sent to support ...... not happy ,,,, lesson to self only place these items just before i go to bed as it does not matter then !!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep same here had 4days premium time left but I have not been able to login to server tonight I hope you read this and give us all back or lot time

i started Stealing from the Rich and then killed some camps ....... then it said Problem and server Crashed ...... now i cant get on the aging to Finnish it ..... What to do :-)

Is it just the adventure you can't get back to, or can't you even see your home island anymore?

In both cases you should contact Support and report the problem to them. Please try to be as specific as possible in explaining what your problem is.

Aww, not fun when that happens..

There is a script running every night, from what I've heard, that should solve this problem.
you will be able to connect, if all goes well, after this has been done, and that will be tomorrow.

best thing to report this to support, if this in nhor fixed tomorrow

Yes, script runs at 3am, the same time that bonuses and quests appear, so try after that time.
