I've now 2 guild members who are locked out of the game. Same problem as above. This problem must have yhe highest priority to fix. I hope they can find the problem soon.It's very annoying when you cannot play the game. Please respond BB to this post with an answer even if you have not found the problem.

still waiting 4 weeks and counting...monday i was promised it would be working in 24hrs!
The thing is no one lets me know the situation..I have some chap from customer services emailing me...but he can't contact anyone else.
over for weeks now! i was promised on monday would be fixed in 48 hrs....can someone actually contact me from technical please and not some body from support.
i guess its safe to say they dont have a fix that works and you can move on..
