As they posted at the dev diary the actual release date might get moved:

If the testing phase is successful, the overview of daily guild quests will be added to the game on the 22nd of August 2013.

He said he was busy with Gamescon this week.

Well, according to [Dev Diary] TSO at Gamescom!, Alpaca is busy at Gamescom on friday and saturday, so I'm sure we'll hear about tonight's maintenance by sunday.

Well at least the maintenance has been completed before it's started. (Again)

I expect we will get the same maintenance as the germans.
