Exhausted marble can't be found by geologists.

Since the science tree was installed for geologists I have had a number of marble quarries that cannot be found by the geologists, even though they are exhausted. This means that the remaining deposits are being worked harder, as some are supplying 2 masons, and I am constantly running out of usable deposits. It is usual now to find that all my marble is exhausted and the masons stopped when I get up in the morning.

Can you tell us which deposits these are? I've been unaware of any deposits being hidden since the update. I know there is one you can't find in S1, but that only results in 1 loss (and is the same for everyone).

I still have all the deposits I had before, what is missing in S1?

In S1 there are 2 theoretical Marble deposits, 1 is just above the other, but your Geo can only actually find one of them at a time (this might be altered by a high level Geologist Science skill, "Lucky Find").

The odd thing is sometimes they can be found, sometimes they can't. This time round the only one is the usual one in S1. I also have the stone one in S5. However, I had 2 geologists find 2 for 1 this time around.

Since the last game update i've had my geo's report they could not find a stone or marble deposit, this report is false as a refresh shows they did find it after all. I've even received the mails from the "Hidden Stone stash" from these false reports.

Dorotheus, that's a bug I've encountered too. For me, it happened at a least twice with Coal. But then a refresh showed it was found after all.

Geo's lying is a known bug, as you've done a refresh does fix but also so does visiting someone's map (friend or guildie) and saves leaving the game to do it.
