same problem, latest windows & internet explorer, took a whole bunch of attempts to get in. Ticket send to support, hope it's wont get worse. Or... maybe they can find a fix! Although I fear they're working on a patch to run daily to "solve" things.

Same issue for me too, also IE. Just spent nearly an hour trying to login. Clearing cache and reboot didn't help!

I have found a way to come arund the loginproblem.I just go to My Profile and logged in from there.Totaly crazy but i came in
Couldn't login for ages today. I entered my password at the top of the homepage, the Settler with the hammer did his swing thing, and I just ended up back at the homepage. No 'incorrect password', no 'play now'.
This server is getting flakier by the day. Scrap collectibles, nobody wants them, put premium days on hold,
FIX THE EXISTING PROBLEMS FIRST.
When using Internet Explorer and experiencing the log in loop, goto http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/profil and use the "Log in now" link to log in.
That seems to work somehow.

^^ That information should be on the homepage where players who can't login can see it.
Obviously I was able to login, I used the HELP/SUPPORT button instead.
My point is, this is just another thing that did work that now doesn't.
Just look at the proliferation of login problems going on right now.

I cant login to the game. I don't use facebook so cant use that method, have reset password and still refuses to login.
I have reset Internet Explorer, cleared the cache, etc. Still not able to login.
What on earth is going on?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I even changed my password and still couldn't login but was able to with my original password. Strange. Get this sorted or you will lose players.
