    Login Issues (looping)

    I´m having seruis problems with login, not into the game, but onto my account from front page, i have to write my password more than 10 times before i´m logged in. Yes i have tried to clear cash but that didn´t have any effect. Anyway i don´t see that as the problem as i have had the same issues on 5 different computers on 2 very different locations (home and work). I have never had these problems before, other than back in the days at some point where everybody had that issue on test server.

    Hope you can help with this other than say switch to firefox/chrome, i´m using explorer and i´m happy with it. Don´t normally have problems with the game running on explorer.

    I have the same issue, only with Internet Explorer not with other internet browsers.
    I also want to keep using Internet Explorer

    same issue with both ie 8 and 9. You log on and it loops back and does not log on. I have cleared the cache etc not joy, switch to google chrome and it works

    Hi there, just tested it by logging in via internet explorer and I experienced the same loop after logging in the first time.

    Please report the issue to Support using the contact form on this page
    You might want to include the questions below and your answers to them.
    • Which version of internet explorer do you use?
    • Do you login via uplay or facebook?
    • Do you use the login at the top of the screen or the blue and round login button? Does it matter?
      or

    • Is the initial region set to "European English"?


    • Did you try to delete browsing history - Passwords?


    • Did you try to change your password to see if that fixes it?

    I started getting this issue last night, though after several tries it did eventually login properly. After trying (and failing) a number of times this morning (as mentioned above it just loops back to the login screen), I have switched to Chrome and it seems fine with that browser. Saying that, I don't particularly want to install Chrome on every computer that I use just to access TSO.

    * EDIT - just seen the Mods message, and yes I've tried all those things and it still doesn't work on IE

    Let me see Fexno.

    At work, 3 of the computers, i use IE 8, not sure how upgraded it is though. At home , 2of the computers, i´m using the newest version and fully upgraded.

    Login is via Uplay.

    Have tried both top and blue login, but it doesn´t matter wich one, it still reloads back to login screen.

    Yes its european English, have tried on the american too and having the same problem.

    Have never had the password saved, so didn´t try to do that.

    Haven´t tried to change password either, but i will do that when i get home tonight at some point.

    Did use the contact form, only wrote here to see if anyone else had the same issues, because when trying to log in on 5 different computers and having the same issue, then i really doubt that it has anything to do with clearin cashe, temp. histrori and what else.
    However did clear it all on the last 2 computers i tried to log in on.

    For those that can use (and are willing to use) another browser, use another browser (like chrome) for now.

    Fexno, any chance you could write something about this on front page or get someone else to do it? seems like there is some sort of problem here.
