The 3 posts above were moved from "Login issues" to this thread, since the "Login issues" thread is discussing a specific login issue where you keep looping back to a logged out state.

It might be that Concita and/or rokkenjager suffer from the "Server zone crashed" issue, in which case they need to wait and see if the script, that starts running around 02:00 BST, will fix their island or contact Support.

Hi Donk,

You could try the following things: (let me know what works, if any)

• When on the page where you can click "Play" press CTRL+F5, wait till it's loaded again and press "Play"
• Clear your browsing history (check my Howto), reload the page and press "Play"
• Try another browser, login normally and press "Play"
