Missing 1 day premium account

i sent ticket after posted in here and yep i clicked claim on that longbow quest 5 times so far im just leaving it now but i have sent support the screen shots also
i now been stuck trying to get to my own nords adventure for my guild quest for 5 mins in limbo like so http://prntscr.com/1pg9sw
looks like support will be getting another ticket in the minute.

not in my star menu eiter. Tried the usual yada yada with refreshing etc. (which should not be necesarry in the first place) but even that has no success.

What again was the last update without obvious bugs? Why do the developers not respond on our questions?
