From what I recall, the number is 80% of your active guild members, so should you fall below the magic 10 active Guild Members, you might fail to get a new Guild Quest.

You do get guild quests with less than 10 active members in a guild.

My very small guild have 12 members in total, out of which 6-8 are active. We get guild quests every day, and need 5 to 7 to complete it. Which we manage to do every day too. Except for the [censored] one that requires us to hand in wagons, as those are so expensive to get. I always cancel that quest

Or add a field where people can leave a comment, "going in holiday / away for work, back on 12th" or so.

they have that - it's called 'guild notes' which can be changed by the player

8ggc from personal GQ +56 from macro GQ for lvls 36-45
10ggc from personal GQ +70 from macro GQ for lvls 46-50

So much in its infancy all still very much in testing then, just more 'suck it and see',,, beats me why some people pay to play for something that is in effect still under development then moan about it.. MORE FOOL YOU !
