I'm also stuck at Lvl4 and before reading this thread I have demolished, rebuilt in a different spot and followed all sorts of ideas and instructions! I was ready to quit this morning until I found this. I will now go and demolish my tavern and see if that helps. I really think someone should address this problem because it is frustrating enough to make you quit the game.

I cannot complete "perfect production chain" tutorial quest.
Pinewood foresters does not work with "Deposit missing" info, the same when I want to build new one.
Storage is full so it seems all buildings are not working,
What can I do to move any further?
Well you can free up some storage by demolishing the Tavern and build it again.
That should be enough to get the production going again.
The "Deposit missing" info is shown because all your forests (tree deposits) are full and thus the forrester has no place to go.

Well I seem to be stuck at Lvl4.
I need to "Have a production value of at least 0 every 12 hour(s) for Pinewood Deposits" I'm confused as to how I check this
