i can't finish the quest because i have to have 0 production of everithing and in the same quest i have to got a 360 pinwood plank production sow how to finish it?

best to ask in the help channel, this will allow the experts there befriend you and look at your island to see what you are doing wrong.

One of the first things Help will say is "It's 'at least' 0." All that means is "produce more than you're using" not "turn everything off to have exactly 0". It's trying, confusingly, to teach how to balance the production chains so you don't constantly run out resources. Once you get the hang of it though it's not that bad.
