Still odd how everything else is giftable isnt it? so every scammer will stop now because gem and prem buffs cannot be gifted?

No they will just scam on other things, like invasion of the nords maybe for 1495 gems?

edit, bad example invasion of the nords as it is actually tradable... but how about jolly geo?

why take out the giftable premiums too?? this will disencourage players to buy gems if it limits them

and besides, how many premium "tokens" or "coins" have BB sold in last 2 weeks? aloot im sure, noone thought those people who paid for gems (wich was alot) to trade whit friends etc?

A gift is not meant to be part of trading.

If that is the intention, then I can't help wondering why gifting is not subject to the same 24 hour delay that direct trading is.

previous exp suggests this can end only one of 2 ways:
95%: it goes to live as announced cos they never listen
5%: even more things get removed from trade/gift cos "players arent happy"

which option you like better?

[Announcement] Regarding this week's deployment & Halloween!
Dear Settlers,

This is an update to inform you that this week's update for TSO UK will be pushed back one week. This makes sure we can assure the quality of these next versions and do some final checks, especially so that we can make the Halloween event as enjoyable as possible. This will have a knock on effect, which means Halloween will be released the week after next. To make things clear, these are the dates we will be receiving the following deployments:

3/10/2013 - Regular maintenance
10/10/2013 - Collectible Items (change log here)
17/10/2013 - Halloween Event! (dev diary here)

The schedule has changed back to Collectible Items being deployed on 3/10/2013 and a regular maintenance on 10/10/2013. On 3/10/2013, gem and premium trading will be removed as planned, along with implementing the collectibles. I hope this clarifies!
