description for FTA maps says chance for follow up adventure and epic building.
If you're looking for an official reply from BB about the loot you'll be hard pressed, not sure they've ever directly revealed the loot drop to the public.
I'm more than likely working right now.
I suspect the fairytale castle was loot on the test server so players could get on with testing it, without having to save up beans for it.
No they gave beans as gift at test server to buy stuff and test. Also the adventure descriptions say about chance of epic building but I suspect it got removed from loot table in live servers for now and might get added later or never. The descriptions are not updated and show wrong info just like Mother Love does.

Ah, OK. I could believe BB decided the fairy castle should be earned rather than won as loot.
& I've been told the description on Motherly Love isn't necessarily wrong, there's a chance of getting crates. Epic crates...
I suspect with ML that BB had notions for an epic building, and put crates in as a placeholder in the loot table, but then no epic building ever materialised.
