This problem existed when collects first came into the game, BB then cured it for quite a long time. Then they rotated the door on the improved stores for some odd reason messing up economies all over the place. When they moved the door back to its original position collects began appearing on the right hand face of the improved store. The issue of collects in rocks, in mayors house, in deposits resurfaced when the archipelago was put in place. Someone really needs to have a long hard look at how the programming is structured for there to be so many crossovers.
