As you can see in pic i got 3 buffs in loot. Normally i should get another one from premium loot. This is the second time this happens. Where's my premium buffs?

Same, Just messaged support asking for the buff to be sent or a refund for my premium buff due to false advertising.
then that's 2 buffs i lost cause it's the second time...
I am fuming with support who clearly know nothing about this game and I believe have a pool going between them on who can wind up the most people in a day.
I have just contacted support asking for my premium buff to be refunded due to them mis-selling me it as buffs do not always come in the premium extra (as per first screenshot) or for the missing buff to be sent. The reply I got was this is right you cannot get 50% extra for buffs because the 50% extra is only per slot.
If that is the case then they need to explain this second picture which I am waiting a reply for.

I'm guessing its because they cant give you half a buff
I have contacted support, they have admitted there is a bug, they have refused to do anything about it, so I will continue to message them and send screenshots until my missing buffs have been sent or my prem buff is refunded. I would recommend anyone else missing buffs does the same.
Just a query, when support tell you they will no longer reply to you after admitting a bug is causing a problem what is one to do?
I am missing buffs due to this bug and support have told me if I contact them anymore they will not reply.
Do I just swallow this problem and deal with it on a game I have put hard earned cash into? Would appreciate a BlueByte admin looking into/contacting me please.
