Yeah u would think so Jim.. unless

1. Rat ate data cable
2. Someone forgot to top up electric metre
3. Night cleaners rebooted the servers to watch Iplayer or Youtube

You saying they dont have 24hr support on site.. i cant believe that, sure if the game was free but people are invested good money more than they would to a normal mmorpg to play this.

it will be pretty weird that game called The Settlers ONLINE dont have 24/7 personals

Yep. Poland and France have it too (along with Germany and the Test server) so that's either a heck of a football game or one massive rat. o.o
