A simple "refresh page" will often solve this (having a white screen).

i have IE log in problem the site will not load in IE i have cleant the cache and cookies en update the flashplayer but still nothing in IE
these days, I got disconnected : connection lost to sever. every 10 min..
playing this game is a pain in the.. i spend more time clearing cache and DNS than playing..
if i did not buy gems. i would definitely stop wasting my time.. when i started in January i would get disconnected once every hour.. no it is once every 10 min.. awfull..
i am afraid to start adventure now..

There has been some instability these last couple of days due to some server adjustments. It is being worked on, but please continue to report any issues you might experience (frequent disconnects, lag). The MODs have been instructed to inform me (day or night) if any major issues occur in order for me to contact the right people and get everything fixed, so please report issues as they are happening.
