Lox - google it, there are forums about it online, but one suggestion that appeared to work was this:
"You should try clearing your Internet data such as cache and cookies first, then flush your DNS and reset your TCP stack"

after you have logged into the game the screen of my computer remains completely white: I tried to do a bit of cleaning but the situation has not changed ... it may be your problem??
It was a provider problem.
I too can't get in and get a similar message, "The client cannot load a data file. Please clear cache of your browser and try again." I had bought gems also, but was on at the time. Today, however, I can log in but the "play" file will not load. I have received two messages from support and followed their instructions with no luck.

I did try another browser and the dns flush, but I don't know what reset TCP stack means so I haven't done that.
i cannot login and its been a week. I have tried th clearing data and config ip but still it is not workable. how can i login. i do not know what TCP is as well.
