How about a new type of building following the line of recycling, deerstalkers, ...? no BL needed and no space lost on the island, but taken on the water? (lol my island is crowded^^)
Could it be BB launches some king of fish sea/lake factory which could be positionned on the water, along the shores? after all, we already have floating houses
I wouldn't mind spending more gems on that...
