Stuck on lvl 10

I cant progress ne further than lvl 10 because i have discovered all the stone i can, can i reset my acc ?

Go to the help tab and ask your question there. There will be players who will if you allow them be able to look at your island and give you exactly the help you need.

If it's for a quest to find a stone deposit but you've already found all available deposits, you will need to wait for a deposit to be depleted.
Extra stone masons on one deposit will make that happen quicker.

im stuck of my quest says gather 0 pinewood in 12 hours... so i cant finnish the quest therefor i cant level up for new quests im stuck lvl10

i hope the game owner is a normal human being who understands that people paid real money buying this game and at least it must be playable for that amount of money

I like many others have been playing for well over a year. If you are ever stuck at any point of the game your first point of call should always be the little chat tab titled Help.

I am curious as to how you bought the game though?

For this quest, you need you Pine Woodcutters to be producing more logs than your Pine Sawmills can cut into planks. There are several ways to do this:

• Build more Woodcutters
• Buff your current Woodcutters
• Pause your Sawmills

By carefully examining your Economy Overview, and looking a Pinewood production, you should be able to work out how much you need to adjust the production chain to bring pinewood production up to zero (currently, it will show a negative number).
