If an item is limited (e.g. Savage Scout), the limit from the past remains.
Example: If you acquired one Savage Scout in the past (from the "Limited Offers" category), you can get one further Specialist now instead of two.

Can i ask are they going to change the offers you can get next time?
other wise the quote above means it will be of no interest to us that got both scouts/floating houses etc the 1st time this was available
as to me http://prntscr.com/25hlxt that's all i would get and they not worth it to me personally and i'm sure others feel the same as we can now make our own 3x buffs for barracks when we have enough collectibles etc

Savage Scout and Floating Residences are both Limited items which I have already purchased and so I cant buy them.
Training Overtime - well BB shot themselves in the foot on this one as why would people buy something that can be easily made with collectibles?
Mercenaries are totally useless in that yes they 'spawn' on an adventure island but you cant bring them home with you so they are a one time use - much better to just recruit the troops and buy yourself a couple of extra license free Noble Houses and make the troops yourself - much more cost effective.
Same with Refugees. Invest in a few extra Nobles instead.

Looks like BB are scrapping the bottom of the barrel with this Limited Offer.

Uhm, not usually first in line to defend BB But

The "Limited Offers" category in the in-game Shop will be back again! If you didn't use the opportunity in the past to acquire additional Floating residences and many other useful items from the "Limited Offers" section, fear not - the offer will be back!

As I understand it this is not meant to be a NEW limited offer, but merely a chance for those that did not benefit from it in the past ( due to short notice etc ) to `catch up' with the rest of us that did.
I am sure if we are all good Settlies that BB may grant us another one in the future ( there's no hope for me , but I'm sure the rest of you will get one )

i never got the chance to buy theses last time as i wasnt playing at the time so for me this will be helpful are the extra floating houses on top of the 3 you can already own

If you did not acquire them through the `limited offer' you can get both. ( you can have more than three from events, I have ten in total )
