I do not care about manors, but I don't like my Pavilion and Raving rabbit are not rare decors now :/ Form this point of view I wolud say "Fail BB, bwaaaaaaaah".
If your not prepared to take the risk, don't buy the box. It's as simple as that.

There is a risk, you are taking the risk of getting a low value item you don't want as opposed to the desirable item you do want.

someone did stole Christmas adventure from my star menu
I had "save the Xmas feast" adventure and after maintenance it is stolen - who can I contact about that?
the new buffs from provision house employer of the month can only be traded 1 at a time there is no slider like for x2 buffs
Have you tried the support?
If you've tried the standard "refresh/clear cache and cookies and relog" so you can tell Support straight off you've done the basics then send them a ticket. This happens from time to time with Adventures the game provides, Support should be able to help. http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support
I posted this as a bug on test server a month ago.
It is now listed as [fixed] and trade window can request bundles of 25, so presumably works properly. Just have to wait a week or so for the live server updates.
(could not test selling 25 though as ph2 broken again there and only creates 1 at a time)
