hmm you quest requirement isn't "green" so might be something else. You said your tried 2500, did you try 500 as well. Sometimes "at least" is "exactly" when trying to meet the requirement

No, I can't try 500 - my queue is 17+ days long.
I'll just cancel this "quest" ...
Unfortunately BB aren't known for accuracy in their phrasing and, among other things, have used "for example" to mean "specifically" and in certain quests "acquire" still means "own all at once" as well as the more understandable "get after the quest becomes active" so it's not a bad idea to check these things when possible.
That said, some of the "Produce x item in Prov" quests were bugging on the Test server even when exact amounts were made. They seem to have been sorted there but it's entirely possible they sneaked over here, the only way to be sure is to try the standard "What could BB actually mean?" variations and go from there. A 17 day queue really does make that tricky but if someone else finds one of these sticking it's something to try, if only to exclude it as a possible 'fix'.
I dont know why you keep repeating this drivel, it does not work.
