Any response from BB on this? support seem to be totally ignoring the issue with the last 2 messages I have sent having no replies.
Guys/Girls send your messages to support for your refunds for anything you are missing as loot from a fairytale adventure.. Remember BlueByte can check so don't make false claims, let us know how you get on.
I have just been finally refunded my buffs even though many staff including the community manager told me rudely I was not owed anything.

Fexno I am pleased to say it does indeed appear to be fixed. Which I have to admit I am impressed considering some other bugs that have been here much longer still are not. I just hope everyone looking to get the buffs they are missing don't have as much trouble as I did getting them refunded. I have about 20 messages to and from support regarding this other many months. True to their word I was told when it was fixed I would be refunded and today I got my refund.
