remove lockout

plz BB_ remove lockout on the move button
and why is gempit non-move able
both are realy realy anoying -_-

Do you mean the time it makes you wait between moves? I think that is to fix the move bug that resulted in some people losing their whole islands.

as PC Champs says matie, in the long run i think its meant to hlep more than delay :/
