No Christmas collectibles, others have the same issue.

I know some who have gotten it twice or three times already. What's going on?!

For those that still haven't got Christmas Collectibles (Gingerbread, Christmas Bells and Candy Canes) please contact Support, as far as I am aware they should have appeared at least once now. Have you tried to pick any from those collectibles you had, or did you just leave them?
I think you'd better pick of those you have to trigger a respawn/reset 8-10 hours later..

MrMark2u, harley60 reported the same problem earlier, but now he is receiving them and informing the readers of this thread that his problem is still resolved.
harley60, confirming that it's working for you once is enough. I'm glad that you like the event

I did pick them. It took about 30 hours for them to respawn but I got my first collectibles now..
