On a sidenote, the rate at which you get presents is astonishing, way better than pumpkins. I've got 2 fast explorers and 3 normal explorers on a long treasure search as much as possible, and collect the collectibles at least once a day, and so far I've been able to buy the rarity provision house, both recycling manufactories, and I bought 7 noble houses for 60 presents each, and I've already got enough again to buy a deerstalker hut. But yes, haven't regretted the rarity provision house for a second, saves you so many clicks <3

rarity is bad because it only has 4 items and they are so expensive and not worth selling.

    That's a simplification.
With the Rare PH you have an unlimited supply of 3x buffs. Drop them on your goldmines, goldsmelters and coinages and lean back while the coins fill your coffers.

Here is my table about that:

From this thread: [Guide] When the new "Employee of the Month"-buff payes off in a gold chain.

Buy the recycling manufactory. You can 100% buy the Rarity Provision House (a total, most likely liftime limit of 1, in the merchant shop after the christmas event with gems).
The recycling manufactory is a deal you CAN MISS! There is no limit on the number you can OWN, but there is a limit to how many you can get each time they are available. Put another way: You can get 3 from merchant shop *PLUS* the 2 from the christmas deal (total 5). If you miss the christmas deal, you will end up with only 3. If you wait till next christmas you can get TWO MORE (a total of 7 if you get this christmas and next, or a total of 5 if you miss this christmas).

So go for the missable ones first!
