View the skill tree of explorers and geologist while they are out on a search

Can we have it so the tree can at least be viewed while the specialist is busy? i.e. my explorers are out for 48 hours so I can't look at their tree for 2 days. Why not?

Useful but not exactly what I'm after. I'd like to be able to see what I have put on them and compare my specialists without having them sit there not working for however long it takes me. I could just take a screenshot of each one but it would be better if you could just click their tree

Yes I see what you mean now, and Hairy's probably right. In the end, BB wants us to buy gems so they can make money. Oh how I miss the old days when there were no such thing as micro transactions :/ Just go to the store, buy the game, play indefinitely.

This is something that have been bugging me for quite awhile. I am trying to plan what to upgrade on my explorers but the only time that I can check the skill tree is when they are not out on a search. Considering they are most often out on very long searches, it can take days to actually check what I have invested in and what I want to invest in the future. It's extra annoying when they return at a time when I don't have time to sit and check those things. Like early in the morning is not the time for me to sit and plan upgrade paths.

So please include a way to review the skill trees while the expert is away. It's not that much of a problem for geologists since the longest searches for them is an hour and they are home more time than they are away. The explorers on the other hand are almost never home. So this is really needed. I don't need to be able to invest books in them while they are away. I just want to check their individual skill trees. That's all.
